How much / Where to find E46 Facelift Kit ?

Hi all,I am planning to get myself an E46 soon..a pre-facelift model.. may i know how much does it cost to upgrade to the new facelift version? may i know also any good workshop that perform this modifications? prefer to be near klang area...thanks bros
