How is Mpower workshop?

As for me, I never leave my car alone with the workshop whenever I sent my car for servicing or repair. If there is part to be changed, I will decide on the spot based on the visual inspection and recommendation from the workshop.

Based on my personal experience with a workshop other than my regualr (Not Mpower) where I am forced to leave my car alone for repair due to an emergency breakdown and repair, I actaully experience that the mechanic have only hand tighten 10 bolts of my 2 wheels when they changed the brakes pads. Now that is what I will call negligence.

I think it would be impractical to there at all times unless u eat n sleep at the workshop , to keep an eye on things. Like dat have to use up lots of leave should the car go in for repairs for some time. Haaaizz.

These con job happens everywhere.
i sent my car for full repair couple of months ago. their close to me and gave me reasonable labour fees. as for the parts, i bought and gave them.
On the very last day when i take my car they said the battery is spoil and they changed with another 2nd hand battery for free. when i ask back the old battery he said "wht u want to do with spoil battery? give it to me la. i can send to besi buruk". But i took back my old batt home. next day morning i couldnt start my car. weak batt. than i try to start with my old batt, its starts fine....

if i didnt took back my batt, i'll lost few hundred RM.

Another experience...

Sumtime back in December, a malay chap came 2 Mpowder wif his W140 S-Class Merc. He complained sum noises at da rear 2 Mr.Nutton fellow...

After sum inspection, Mr.Nutton fellow said all da bushings n bearings at rear axle assembly r faulty...n he needs minimum 1 complete day 2 fix it up. Dat poor owner left da car there...

Then, they brought down da whole axle, washed it clean like new, got it sprayed in Mpowder Spray, n fixed it back without renewing anything there...

Following day, owner collected da car, paying a hefty sum thinking his rear assembly is as good as new !!! :smokin:
