HID/Xenon - E46

Sifus,Need advise, one of my Hid/Xenon light is not working. Do not know either bulb or other cause. How often the bulb kaput and how much it cost to replace the bulb only (1 pc or 1 pair)? Any other problem can cause this problem? I heard people said that bulbs are very rare to kaput. Or os it because of balast problem (berapa agak2nya si balast ni)?:stupid:

Dah confirm xenon balast kaput. Some spare part shop quote me around RM 1300-1600(1 pc) and my regular workshop quote me at RN 1600 (1 pc). Just now I go and ask this WRC Auto Lamp and they only quote me RM 630 (1 pc).
Any ideas or comments from the members that can assist me
