help : easiest form of thread notification

hi guys, firstly sorry for being a noob instead of having to check my email/go under new posts and hunt for a specific thread is there an easier way for me to be notified if a thread i have created/posted in has been updated?any help is greatly appreciated, cheers

unless you carry one of those canggih phone where u can receive emails every second, I dont think there are any other options, except those that u have stated above.....or the owners of this site decide to do as what I have suggested...

hmmm either that or we get a mobile network provider to sponsor us and send notifications f.o.c. to our phones if we're under them :top:
