Hi guys,

Need urgent advice asap from all the sifus here.

I ordered a BMW from AB tun razak and it was a pre-reg event car.

This order was placed in mid January and in early march I was told to do the JPJ registration only to find out that JPJ blocked the ownership transfer. AB informed me it's a problem between them and the customs and it should be ok in a week. It's been a month plus and now they offered me other pre-reg cars but all not in the colour I ordered.

I've paid the booking fees+10% of the total amount already. If I ask to cancel, will I have problems with them refunding the money paid?

They should give you a full refund as they failed to fullfil their part of the contract. If they do not give a full refund, tell them that you will bring this matter up to the consumer tribunal. They will lose the case as everything is in your favor. They will not risk a fine.

If i were you....tekan for better package or better discount. If they don't agree...
Please get another BMW from another dealer.

I will be pleased to intro you to my sales advisor.

Thanks bro,

I did try to tekan for better package, they did give me a lower price for other pre-reg models but that's also because it's 2014 models so of course after 3 months, the price would drop anyways.

What i am extremely unhappy about is the lack of urgency/customer care shown. I've lost interest in getting a BMW now. You know, all the good will has dried up.

Anyone know anything about the clauses in the contract like if there is anything written saying that if the customer is the one who withdrew/cancelled, there will be no refund and stuff?

Ageed with bro YF, no issues to cancel the order as they are the ones who failed to oblige. Get from another dealer after that and no its not the car that cause you the problem - its the dealer. The car itself is awesome....well apart from the pathetic 2 year warranty.

My experience @ Quill is the best so far as I've previously owned 2 other vehicles and this is by far the best treatment I had among the manufacturers and dealers.

if you are not in hurry, you should tekan them for a new car. with the color that you wanted. they have committed a covenant by accepting your dp. you should get what you have bargain for and nothing less.

Hi Velarous,

If they failed to provide the car, they have every right to refund the deposit in FULL! There are many people here that can intro you to their sales agent to make sure you get a good service.

Mine is from Ingress Puchong. Just let us know and everyone will hook you up so that you can join the bimmer club soonest. All the best bro!
