Head light washer

Hi guys, new F30 320i LCI owner here. Just wondering, how do I activate the head light washer? Sorry if this is a repeated thread.

Switch on ur headlights, then operate ur windscreen washer

But it doesnt come every single time you operate the windscreen washer. Maybe every fourth or fifth time you wash the windshield with the headlights on. When it operates you can notice water spraying all over the hood
