hazard indicator blinking while speeding

Hi all Bros,Yesterday morning when I am about zig zaging my car (cilok mencilok)(E36, 318i) in highway, about 120km/h, I think, suddenly the hazard indicator (or signal indicator) on the panel board was blinking for a few second. Anybody know what is that mean, or any system that I don't know about this car functioning (warning system?), since I just got it two weeks ago. Anyway, nothing goes wrong with the car since now, but it still make me in questioning :dunno: . Thanks!
