Just tried the 330i today again and I am confirmed taking the 325i Sport. I found the 330i is so creamy smooth with power delivery that is addictive. It is just so effortless in delivering its 258 hp! The flip side is that it has no M-aerodynamic body kit, no navigation system, higher road tax and harder to sell should I decided to upgrade back to 5 series 3 or 4 years later :burnout:

Nutter, Congrats! Good choice in going with the head. The 325M is damn chun :top:

I personally dig the BLACK ones (Cobrakai),cause they look meaner.... but i think its a matter of opinion.

Good choice for 325i Sports. Better resale value as compared to 330i. Cheaper in terms of roadtax too :)

just to steal peanut's thunder a lil bit, i too just recieved my e90 sports exactly a week ago :D ho ho ho. been enjoying it ever since. damn i wish they would had given me an extra keychain. the keychain nowadays they offer are just so much nicer heh. my old e46 came with a normal "3" keychain only.

ps: its monaco blue too. BLUE FTW YOH!

Congrats, hoonfai. On behalf of the other E90ers here, I invite you to register in our E90 Registry and join us for our events. It's been a while since we got together but that only means one should be coming soon!

Thanks Juan :)

how is the registeration process like? What are the fees/cost involved by the way? I'd be glad to come for any gathering to learn more about my new baby. Ok, its not exactly my car though, under my dad but i'd be driving it too so yeah! Would it be alright if i bring my old man to the event along? What are the average ages of the members of this club? I'm 21. I hope i aint too young.. :X

honfaai,

Average age???? All that matters is still young at heart ;)

Congrats congrats on the new car Hoonfai (Even if it's daddys!)

At the first meet, it was a drool-off between Cobrakais 325m and JPBs 323ci. Now they both have some company.

Hey, honfaai. I've actually added you to the list. Hope you don't mind. It's a voluntary listing of all E9Xs in this forum (as opposed to Club membership). Among the E90ers, we do meet up every now and then for drinks and chit chats about cars etc. At our last gathering, a bunch of us (about 8 E90s with a bunch of Golf GTis, an E60, the new STi and a menacing E36) drove up to Ulu Yam together. You're no. 81 in the list. We hope to hit 100 by year end.

hahaha. actually alot of my friends was commenting that i'm more like an old man than a post-teen cause with that budget i could have choosen an evo (which they were all insisting for me to get) instead of the beemer. in the end, i think i made the right decision alongside my dad. :D

Hi Honfaai, I've had my ride for more than 5 months now. I think you made the right choice too with the E90 325i. Outright power is not the only think to enjoy with a car. It's also the balance, poise and handling. The E90 got loads of it! Just don't play boyracer with it though. It's too classy for that.

Dun play play arrr... the e92 can "tabao" our e90 anytime yeah! hehehe.....

Davey, damn mean to JPB

When we hookin up the next meet ? Im getting restless already. My car has already hit 95000 kms so i want to run it in before i service. Discuss seriously in the meet up forum.

Ummm... am I sensing some sarcasm? Eh, El Presidante, when's our next meet-up lah now that Puasa month about to be over?! I think it might be good to go for simple drive and photography... Putrajaya or Pee Dee perhaps?

Actually, we can get BMW Malaysia to host our group for a visit to their HQ in Cyberjaya. For that, we can be nice nice to Tai Kor Albundy (take him sing song) so he can facilitate. Even then, we need numbers though. Realistically, we can muster 20-25 cars. But if 50 cars, wow! that would be nice!!

we seriously gotta meet up bro. i'd very much like to check out ur ride! yea, im loving the e90 sports very very much too. im sure i made the right decision alongside my dad as we were comtemplating on the 325i Sports or the 325i alone.

On the other hand, dont worry about being a boyracer, i'm a very slow and cautious driver. So whenever we go TT in future or convoys, please please dont play time-attack too yah? :D i'd not be able to give chase and fear ending up lost in a jungle!

additionally, i find this e90 325i sports handling abit different from the e46 325i apart from having a stiffer suspension. so i'm currently getting use to it, familarising myself with the steering and manoeuvering the car.

Anything of interest in Cyberjaya aside from getting a good massage @ Cyberview lodge ? The drive is pretty standard, but it will be a nice change from the last one..... At least overtaking wont be too much of a hassle.

Also, will it be another 7am drive ? How to have my whiskey @ that hour in the morning !
