Glove Compartment

Hi Friends, Given my car for valet Parking and later noticed my Mont Blanc pen was missing...i noticed that we can lock the glove compartment but then whats the use if the keyis the same to start the engine, we still need to leave it with them...anyway, is there a better way to store expensive items in our cars..

BMW keys come in a set of 4 :

2 for normal use
1 for valet
1 for keep in wallet

the valet key means just that - to start engine.boot and glove box kenot open.

other alternatives :
don't keep valuables in car

2nd other alternative:
park car yrself

Anyhow, can we know which Valet you go for ? At least more member noted that and be alert that valet service are lousy.

The valet is under Imperial Garden Rest bro ? If yes then the one in PLaza hartamas also have to be careful !! Sigh..

I've never used valet services myself and have no intention to change this.
