Fuel Pump mod E34

Today... i found out that the E32 Fuel Pump 'double barrel' type for a 750IL...cam fit into the E34 Tank.Only need to make a 'Y' Connector and loop the wires... I know sound simple..could be 'overpressure' for the fuel lines/regulator/injector etc...anyone tried before ? CheersDom
