Fuel Pump Failure

Guys, anyone experience this issue? A friend of mine who is driving a 320i (2013 manufacturing i think) has this issue earlier this week where her car just stall and died.

AB Glenmarie is replacing her fuel pump. Sent her can on monday and getting it back tomorrow 21/5/2015. Did not see anyone else reported this issue yet.

Guys,

i dont know my case related to this problem but it happen once when i stopped at traffic light. Stop/Start disabled but then suddenly car was "jerking" like no fuel come in, engine was like almost to stop. What i did was simple switch off the engine and start again, Since after this problem never repeat so wasnt thinking to send for inspection. Anyone else experience this type of things?

i just came back from AB, Glenmarie to collect my X3 1st service. I enquired about my 328i fuel pump recall from my SA. He cross-checked my plate number against the system and said my car is not on the list (he aid he's not sure if not yet or not affected at all). He said they will contact owners whose car numbers on the list. i suggest others can call them just to check.

The recall is on fuel pump failure and not start-stop. Better double check eith your SA to be on the safe side
