Folding Flip Key - E90 Key case for E46

Hence the car wouldn't start because its 1cm too far away to detect.Does it work If i remove it and put it in front of the key?

The transponder will useless if you remove the transponder from the circuit board. i tried to remove the transponder from the circuit board before. At the end the circuit board is damage as well.

for the flip key, it does not need to reprogram coz you are transferring the original PCB to the new casing.

Yes the ebay chip can be reprogram to accept another 6 more keys but you need to remove the EWS module to reprgram the new keys.
