well, i must admit bsides brasil, no team had maintained the world cup fer 2 consecutive league, my only hope they put up a gd entertainin play durin the matches. robinho is a player to watch in future, only hindrance dat cld deter to equate him to great players b4 ... wld b his SIZE! :(

rest assured ronaldinho is the man other coaches wld check in every match, so doubt he wld hev lotsa room to play, just like wat happened to ronaldo bck in france n germany.

as fer the former, hes bcome somewat err overweight after the 52-day rest fr injury, but then gain c.a.perreira wldnt list him in the team fer nuffin wld he? :)

They hardly looked like future cup-winners! More like cup-whinners! Even a bunch of English housewives in their granny knickers could have played better footie! Heat la, pitch not flat enough la, Ref kept picking on Robo-Crouch la! Needing a freak own goal to win some more! Oi ... can't they just shut up and play for a change ? Most of these wankers were not even born in 1966 ... stop living in the past and make a charge for the cup if you got what it takes. Otherwise we'll have to rename the English Lions to English Pussies! Bring on the Wonder Kid then ... :p

And for crying out loud ... it's GERMANY la ... not German! Okay, I just needed to pick on someone for that! Let's see how the Dutch and the Germans do in their next group games ...... as do the Italians. But I have to salute the Aussies for that thumping win yesterday! One goal down for almost 85 mins before the Socceroos turned the table on the Japanese who seem to have lost their plot towards the end of the game. Zico looked like he was ready to snap the heads of his players when the 3rd goal went it! Aussie Gus it shall be if he takes them even past the group stages ... he did it with the Koreans 4 years ago. Wud love to see him do this thing again with the Socceroos this time round ... :)
