Yup , there is that option .Still i would prefer the temp. probe that reacts to actual coolant temp instead of radiator fin temp. At the end of the day, your call really. Both would work.tckhor said:I see. There is another type of sensor which is the "probe" type.

Wonder whether this type of sensor can be used. It will be convenient and does not involve cutting the lower radiator hose.
