Does anyone know how much it would cost to upgrade / price to change bumper front and back/both fender/lights to E46 2002 facelift version currently i am using e46 year 2000tq

i'm also looking for a place to change my 2001 e46 headlight to 2002/2003 version( upslanting type) . any idea about the cost/place/ time taken to do the job
