f34 Headlamp bit dim, will adaptive LED LAMP more bright ?

Hello wise list,

I just back from KL to Kuantan, I realized that my headlamp doesn't really bright compare to my brother NEW E CLASS.

May I ask will adaptive LED LAMP more brighter than my 3 series GT f34? Or can I get the same effect or brighter compare to new e class headlamp ?

Any comment ? Any recommendation place to change ?
