F30 head lamp hairline crack

Hi to all F30 drivers! I just want to share of my experience of my front left head lamp cover crack internally due to different of temperature which is hot inside and cool on ambient temperature. However I manage to get a change thru BSRI.:rock:

first i hear of such issue.. glad replacement was covered.

Yes, mizhan I was shock too at initial. I thought that hairline crack due to impact from outside however after fully examine and observation I found those hairline crack is from inside. I went to pendragon kuantan last Friday where the SA named Mr Ooi took the picture and sent to warranty department. Today I got the replacement for the whole left head lamp unit. I just wonder how to attach photos inside this thread so that every members here can have look on the headlamp

Man, also just saw hairline cracks on both left and right side of my headlights....

gonna to a claim on Monday.....
