F10 tyre rotation and balancing

Hi guys, how often should I do this? Every 10K km? Read in some of the comments at bimmerfest that you should not do it, a bit confused here on what's the best practice here

Nothing wrong with my current tyres or alignment now, I just what to know if I should rotate and balance now to keep the wear and tear even on my car
