An update to my post below,
I now have all the necessary paperwork to sell my F10 (originally purchased under the TalentCorp Program) ie approval from MoF & Customs hence I have the final sales price.
I am looking at letting the car go for 280k or any offer which is closest to this number.

Car Details
I purchased this F10 when I returned to Malaysia in mid April 2013 under the Talent Corp program. I am putting it up for sale as I have be transferred abroad again. The car is now sleeping under a blanket. I would rather pass it on to a new owner who will be able to look after it ( a club member preferred). I also have a E39 M Sport which I will keep.
The car is fully paid up no financing.
The car is in mint condition with a mileage of 35k. It was only used for 18 months. all original and comes with some goodies ie V kool JPJ approved, original F10 rubber and booth mats (mint) in addition to the usual carpet, original F10 BMW cover/blanket & a 3 digit tendered number. Car was purchased from AB and is fully maintained at AB all service records intact.I will send more pictures on request.
Only serious buyer please, my brother will be able to show you the car. I will come down to conclude the transactions and sign the necessary papers.
