I've not seen any feedback so far on your experience in going to Authorise dealer workshop. I'll start with mine.Sent my car for first service in April to AB Glenmarie. Made a list of complaints and explained to the service consultant on the issues. The car was in the workshop for 2 weeks while i went for my holidays.The SA volunteered to send the car back to my house - nice service! However, when I first took the car out, I noticed that there is no power at all! My 520D lost it's turbo boost and I felt like driving an old diesel Merc. Was super pissed off. Then later find out half the complaints are not attended to after 2 weeks!I had to send my car in for 2 more times before they fixed all the complaints. Sigh!Any feedback from Quill & Ingress?
