engine fan kaput

this afternoon when i start my car in tesco alor star parking lot suddenly i found my aircond not getting cold then i smell something burn, i go straight to worksyop with all my family inside then the mechanic told me the fan gone. need little advice on how much will it cost to replace either second or new? thanx guys

sometimes it could just be a loose connector which is located left bottom side of of radiator ...

Fan kaputed?

E46 new fan cost RM1400 at bavaria autoparts... to replace have to remove front bumper then just remove n install new one.. then u judge lah how much should be paid for workmanship I guess... just to move around then don't switch on air-cond lah and keep an eye out for the engine temp.. .. i guess if u search around u can get btn 1200++ to RM 1400 ... if potong kereta ..a friend of mine paid RM250 for a mercedes one for egermency usage & it could fit on E46..funnny huh..now sound like mercedes..so , i guess bmw's should be around that also.. else go for new one.. good luck bro..

i hv a full set wt radiator, oil cooler, expansion tank.. etc... like new..taken from m43 318i msport..
