engine belt always longgar

when i travel long distance,my engine belt always longgar and it will makan the belt.so,need to go to the workshop and tighten it.if the belt is still ok then no need to change.the belt that causing the prob is the one that connected to the alternator.why?why?why?other belt seems to be ok
 
ya..joe is right.. get the foreman to check for fore-play..

we all over the forum can't feel to know.. see can.. like that not good mechanic..
