Hi guys,need some help. Anybody knew where is the left hand side headlight/fog light grounding point for e30. thank you

i dun really know wer the gnd point is but if u suspected hv issues with gnd point for headlight 4example, take the gnd point of the headlight wireloom and check for continuity with any body gnd (like nut,bolts etc ) with multimtr. if theres none, then u hv broken gnd wire. same goes for the +ve 12v....:top:

actually i got a feeling the right side head light are brighter than the left side. am thinking to clean the ground connection. thanks

Normally, the ground wire is colour code as "brown".

Try tracing the wire from the headlamp to the body of the engine.

There should some main common ground on the engine, alternator and fuse box.
