Technically the Eibach will make your car's suspension stiffer and harsher ride because M-sports drops 15mm while Eibach is 30mm. On the good side, you get nice looking drop :d

sheeesh, i'm in the same predicament, also looking for ori M-sport springs. My UK-spec 523i M-sport came with Eibach springs as well. The ride is ok, firm but not that hard, still comfy. What i don't want is the low ride height. There are some bumps near my house that are quite high, not practical.

Was planning to start a thread on this but davidykhor beat me to it, heheh

Am considering coilovers if cannot find the ori M-sport springs...
