Harsh ride for E60 on H&R Springs?

So what is the stock suspension system for E60 M-Sport then??? I admit that it's quite bumpy especially when I am driving out to KL from Lipis... but it's also more stable when it comes to cornering compared to those of SE or Highline...
Should my suspension system 'kong'... I would like to change to something which is a balance between comfort and sportiness (not too stiff) & not too low compared to stock M-Sport's... any recommendation here??? First time owning a BMW... lots to learn

I don't think there is an ideal setting as we all have personal preferences. I have mine relatively soft but i have uprated roll bars so that compensates the softness. For me personally, for aggressive street driving, it is perfect...but others have sat in my car and remarked that it is a tad soft, esp. at the rear
