E60 525 Spare tyre

Hi all,I just booked a UK spec 525 Year 2004 and found out that the car does not come with a spare tyre.Anyone knows where I can get the space saver emergency wheel and tyre in KL/PJ?Any help will be really appreciated.

As for your question... you can buy this from AB or any authorized BMW Malaysia service center. The spare tyre comes with the tyre change tools. Price if I am not mistaken is 1,424.06.

I checked this out for a friend of mine at Lee Motors Alor Setar a few days ago. Delivery to Alor Setar will take a max of 2 weeks. He is frustrated at AB Penang as he initially ordered this from AB Penang almost 3 months ago and was asked for 1k deposit. He kept on calling and following up but the AB Penang guys is not giving him a valid reason for the delay. He asked for refund but it was declined coz they say they had ordered it almost 3 months ago.... what a poor customer service.

So be careful on where you place your order.

Thanks for the quick reply! I did think of checking with AB but since I booked an imported model, I wasn't sure whether I could get it from them. I will contact them anyway to check out now.

Get from other authorized service center then if they don't take up your order.
