Here's a question for M3 owners out there. When you drive your M3 at a certain slow speed, say 10-15km/h and turning into a corner is there a 'grok grok' sound ? What seems to be the problem? Can anyone clarify this?

Thanks for the reply Adliz...
So under normal circumstances the M3 does not emit that sound during a slow cornering right? any other potential problems other than the lsd ?

grok grok sound - front or back..... centre or side....

if front, you might want to check your lower control arm bushes or steering arm bushes...

if rear, it could be the rear absorber mounting bushes are on the way out....

if its centre, then as Adliz mentioned, it could be the LSD which is a common thing for M3's.....

Its not just M3s. I have that sound when cornering slowly on my Audi.
I suspect it could be the front control arms or steering bushing... quite a bit annoying to say the least.

Its really one of the PITA parts that if it ain't broken don't fix it yet.

Definitely not LSD on the A4.
