E46 Fluid Change

My E46 is due for full fluids change.Does anyone have any experience in this where I was told all fluids will be changed.Is there anything I should be aware and what I need to specify.Whats the cost too.I will guess that the spark plugs will be changed too.Any prefered types or recomendations. Was told that a 4 electrode type is good but need to be cleaned very often due to carbon contam.My original ones lasted me 4 years no problems.Thanks,OldmanBM

Fluid changes reffering to engine, gear(ATF), power steering, rear axle, brake, coolant? Be specific?

Normal bosch / ngk plugs are fine for e46, they'll last for about 50,000km. If for better performance, volker iridium plugs also works fine with our ride.

You are correct to assume the few fluid as this was what i was told by the workshop. What the cost if you know ?

I am in Penang so options are very very limited and the few that does E46, including AB, their prices are a little higher than what you can get in Selangor.

Rear Axle - Mobilube 1

Quick reference from my end :

Engine Oil : Castrol Edge 5W 40 ( 4 cyclinder ) + Oil Filter + labor = RM180 ( RM150 promotion time! )

ATF change ( not flush ) = RM600

Workshop : Non AB...

Got my ATF change but Flushed, about RM800 .
Just Change my Brake fluid (Flushed too ) RM58 all in.
Maybe should check my Axle too.
coolant changed too used original but can't remember price.
