E46 console

Hi,
I own a recon E46 from Japan and I am in Sarawak. The car came with a Mini Disc which is useless nowaday I heard the panel can be changed to incorporate CD players. Please advise where to order?
Also some plastic parts include the hinge of armrest are broken, I am also looking for replacement. I was told by Brunei BMW that I can get parts from KL easily. Please help.
