Try swapping yr front nd rear tyres (if not a staggered set up rims)...i did that n found the culprit were the rear tyres..that solved the issue. Give it a try

Rear are staggered rims but running on non-staggered setup. all wrapped with Bridgestone Potenza RE001 with around 50% thread and manufacturing code is 2810.

Will the rear tires cause vibration in the front as well? 'Cause it seems the front floor is vibrating as well.

Will try to swap the tires this weekend. Thanks for the recommendation bro.

Wingzee, seems that you have tried many ways to solve this problem. This is my suggestion
1. Try asking your mechanic to swap wheels with another E46 which don't have vibration issues. This will eliminate the wheels problem.
2. Ask your mechanic to loan one or two prop shaft from the chop shop. Fit that & see if your problem is resolved
3. This may sound crazy and many including mechanics may not agree with me. But I have seen vibration issues caused by a broken flywheel driving plate part no.24 40 1 216 837. This is probably your last resort.

Thanks for the suggestions, Vincent. Will try to sort it out this weekend.

Been visiting workshops every single weekend to sort out the existing issues and this is the only one left and bothered me the most as none of the mechs I met able to solve the issue. :(

Corrections : Just remembered that solution # 3 (flywheel driving plate) is not related to vibration issue. It was related to a gearbox problem.

Wing, since you mentioned that the front is vibrating, have checked or replaced the engine & gearbox mounting? Visual inspection may not be good enough. Removing them to be checked would be better.
