e46 320d overhaul engine

hi guys

I just would like to let you know that my bimmer got problem and found out it loss compression and send to the workshop to be overhaul. Just to share, the symptom are the car keep stalling when move bit but ok on idle. It produce nasty sound and gives out continuous white smoke from the exhaust and also from the breather. Repair are in progress at the moment and new pistons and some other parts has arrive. I would need your guys advise on which engine oil grade should I use with these new pistons?

are you sure it's 320d and not 320i. must be the rare ones

In Brunei there is a dozen of these car bro, and I think in Malaysia there none is it?
