E46 318 2.0 or 1.9....?

Greetings,I`m a newbie to this group and planned to own a E46. Confused whether to get a E46 318 2.0 or 1,9....as hearing lot of version on the cost and the maintenance between this 2 models. Please help to suggest which is better to own and more reliable.Thanks...

e46 318i is 2.0 for 2002 onwards ( fuel saving, 5 speeds, twincam, can achieve 210km/h if u dare )
for 1.9 e46 318i is 00 and 01 version ( fuel saving but nt as save as 2.0, 4 speeds, single cam, hardly can get 180km/h )
for 1.8 e46 318i is 99 and 00 version ( not so good in this version ) XD

these are the information i got
currently i own an e46 2.0
e46 318i 2.0 is my suggestion, u'll feel shock of the fuel saving

consider about it cheers!

balan..as i said la bro....1.9 like mine if u1 less hassle on mantainence....less power but reliable....but make sure b prepare for some wear and tear...

yeah..I'm using 1.9 E46... so far so good.... 10 years oredi... utang bank suda abis... and autobavaria stop sending me free bmw mag after loan finished...cis...!

hahah...i duno 1.9 owners suffer any problem...i think i had my longshalf kong already...millage on odo is 255k km....still haven fix...haih

ya i would agree on the fuel saving part.. it just as same comsumption of my previous 1.6 alfa romeo.

when you say the 2.0 is 4 cylinder right? not 6 cylinder right?

yup.it is 4 cylinder and not 6 cylinder.
