E39 Rear power window. Where to get cheaper OEM parts.

Have problem with both rear Window...Naidu solve the problem today..You should try Naidu in KWSP PJ. He service the motor and both working fine...

Didn't know Naidu can do power window. He did my aircon till now ok! My e36 also problem, one of the plastic roller broke, wondering if can get replacement part??

does ur DSC light come out as well ? If that is the case, it's confirm the ABS unit kong. Look at my post on ABS service if you need to repair. But if you can source 2nd hand, it's about RM 1400.

ABS module no problem due to cheated by Ah Wai, i have bought new ABS module to replace. Old ABS module still working find and keep it as spare.

Just got my 2001 bimmer...tat car still in rock solid...however one rear power window kaput...original quote price from stuttgart cost 1260....anyone can help get me a second hand one...or can guide where to get OEM made or taiwan made...i dont mind...I stay in KL...

Buy from ebay. Power window parts are super cheap in other country but super expensive in Malaysia. I will buy from ebay if my power window facing problem later.

My power windows are steadily failing one by one. The other day the driver side refuse to go up after I wound it down at the toll. Luckily it wasn't raining heavily. I got the regulator replaced. It's Taiwan made. RM250 for front and RM200 for rear. Use back old motor. Was told that the motor is quite long lasting. It's usually the regulator that fails. When you pay RM1200, it's a complete set with new motor. I think it's unnecessary if the motor still works fine.
