All E39 came with clutch fans until end of production. Those E39s with electric fans have been converted using E46 electric fans.

I just got quoted electric fan conversion for my V8, $600+Shipping. Seems like a good deal. Maybe we could start a GB.

My mech in Sunway converted his e39 to e60 electric fan.. Engine is lighter now that the clutch fan is no longer used.. Next on my mod list once my fan kong..
