Today DIY front door weather strip...
Its just plug n play...
Remove the lowered protector guide with 3 clips...
Then pull all the way the old weather strip out...
Install the new weather strip by joining the end parts together from the lowered area...
Carefull at the corners to bend it neatly...
Do not cut just adjust all the strip to fits in...
Its just half an hour job done...cheers...:top:

Nop there is no glue or such thing...
The diff from normal spare parts shop there is no sponge like that for the inner side to seat on the roof lining or c pillars...
So its just plug & play that's it...:top:

Today got the time to replace heater inlet n outlet pipe,themorstate housing & expansion tank n cap...
Did it at awe's place(BM power punya mech)...

Car under the shade...


New inlet n outlet pipe...


New thermostate & housing (BehR)


New expansion tank & Cap (Behr)


Old inlet & outlet pipe and Thermostate & Housing...


Inlet manifold remove...


New pipes fitted...


New firewall cover 2nd...


After fitted back all components fill up with new coolant do the bleeding...


1)Inlet & Outlet pipe Rm90 + Rm175(BA-Behr)
2)Thermostate & Housing Rm140(BA-Behr)
3)Expansion Tank Rm160(BA-Rm160)
4)Expansion Cap Rm25(BA-Behr)
5)Coolant Rm30(BA)
6)Centre Firewall cover

2moro will check the coolant level...
Hope missing coolant is solved...
