bro,
Just a thought...........if your problems still persist despite having done all the balancing, perhaps you need to add the hub eccentric cones/rings to minimise the vibration as a few mm gap between the centre hole/hub and rim will cause the wobbling!

try "On wheel balancing" if you alway get vibration at 120 km/h. did the vibration goes off at 140 km/h?

"Off wheel" balancing is up to 10gram accuracy. "On wheel" up to 5 gram accuracy.

also tyre condition and rim ada "benkok" or not

I am telling you this in the spirit of info sharing (that's a disclaimer). I find the best so far is the shop in Taman Tun Aminah. If you come on Jalan Skudai from JB, and turn left into the Tmn T. Aminah exit, and turn right at the traffic light you will reach the Good Hope Hotel. Turn left at the Mamak Restaurant and drive to the end, the shop is on the right (next to the big drain). Don't get confused with the other one left. The owner is a 4x4 enthusiast so he has a few tricked out 4x4s at the shop. Do alignment and balance but get your tyres elsewhere. Good luck.

Surprise..The shop u mentioned is my regulary tire shop to do my balancing etc as well..Thks anyway..

go to your regular alignment & balancing shop tell them your problem, make them check for the faulty parts to be replaced. make the payment for alignment & balancing est($80) "Dont Get Anything Done By The alignment Shop Yet" tell them you will do it when the mentioned parts is replaced.

the above is my style of getting things done at least i get double assurance. but this kind of prob usually is cause by faulty "ARMS" (upper/lower) or "tie rod"
cos after i change to 18' hamman that fits perfectly to my e39 this prob has started but just gone it done today. a bit confuss??? never mind can pm me, if i got the time i will guide you back to the track of fast & furious hahahahahaahha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A lot of good trouble shooting points offered here. It'd be good to list in an orderly manner and sticky this.
