E39 530i brake

Hi guys , I am driving an e39 523i and i plan to install e39 530i front brake into my car which i can get it at a resonable price . My question is 1 . Is the 530 brake direct fit into my 523 .2 . How about the ABS sensor ? Can i used back my old one . Was wondering if anyone of you have done this to their ride and how is the braking improvement . Thanks .

Nothing wrong with my brake but time to change the disc and pads so might as well upgrade the brake since its gonna cost almost the same .

I think you need the discs, pads, calipers, and dunno what else.

Pads, calipers etc.

These are the exact one for 530i, check your 523i part number on the same website, if it matches with the above then you dont need a new one.

Correct. Cannot just change the pads and disc... it is the entire braking system itself. I assume this is similar to e46. Recently the wife upgraded the braking system from a 325 to 330 and a whole lot of stuffs need to change and the back part needed to be modified. Exactly what was modified.... it was the drive shaft as think the calipers didnt function and was jamming.... bigger brake system.

I think you can just use 530i disc and pads. The only thing you might need to change is the LR protection plate. I do not know which one will fit 530i or 535i.

Protection plate costs RM200 each from Bavarian Auto for my 530i. They say need to order from Germany. I need to replace the one on mine since its rusted away.
