As above, I'm looking for detailed specs and info for the above. But to be frank, in Google I can only find US and Europe versions. Or maybe I'm that dumb until I can't find the Jap specs eh? But cannot commit to shop for one yet as the funds is not there yet lolz [ must not only budget for d/p and at least 6 months instalment, but the initial repair and refurbish work oso ]. Does the E39 2001 year model, 525i, comes with sunroof? What other stuffs does it comes with, the navi screen as well? Can local shops now redo the Jap navi units to get clear local FM reception [ last time I know they can but is the quality as good as stock navi units nowadays? ], can play DVD whilst driving etc? Does it comes with Steptronic too? What's the fuel mileage for the 525i, in pure town driving, or 40% town + 60% highway cruise, or in 100% long - distance highway cruise? What's the fuel tank size? What to look out for when buying one? What should be done when I buy one, and at what costs?I don't need a really fast saloon, just want one that is comfortable [ previously used to whack a particular Jap hot hatch to 9k RPM and running stiff Jap - spec Ohlins and AD07's lolz ], can tune the chassis to be slightly more firmer and responsive than stock and still do not lose too much comfort [ mmmm, B12 suspension kits + 18 inch M - Parallels kah? ], acceptable fuel mileage, passangers can watch DVDs during long - travel trips [ why I really want a 525i ] in comfort cosseted by nice leather seats [ now that is like a leather fetish lolz ], and still have some power for overtaking lah, especially the Ipoh - Penang highway roads [ that uphill left right left corners after the rest area, yummy! ].So sorry for I know that's plenty of questions [ I have moar actually! ], so if anyone can show me the links, or the way to learn the full specs for the E39 525i model year 2001 Jap spec unit, I'll start from there.
