E38 S SMG (S for Semi)

Hi Guys,Just to share with you a very special addition to my beloved E38. Behold, the E38 S SMG...The additional S stands for Semi. :joyman:

The Steering wheel was purchased brand new from a BMW dealer in New Jersey, USA.The Shifters was a Custom order made from aircraft material alluminium and,The airbag was purchased right here in KL..

Its fully functional, all "Real", NO Modifications whatsoever, only Genuine BMW Parts were used, please note that in order for the Paddle Shift to function. A SMG KIT is required.Just a personal touch which i would like to share...A very special Thank you to Badrul880 and Yazmeen for the encouragement, Guidance, Support & never ending racuns.........:top:

bro, what happened to ur windscreen? why got masking tape one? too fast and furious till the windscreen wanted to come off...

All the control works fine, no problem at all. It took my mechanic about 10 mins to install...

No la bro, kena one stray rock that came flying from gods knows where..
Had to replace the windscreen...

Cost plus shipping inclusive of Tax by Malaysian Customs is about RM 4000.00
Air Bag i bought at my regular part supplier for RM 1900.00
The Alluminium Shifters i bought on Ebay for about RM 200.00 incl shipping

I bought mine for:

SMG steering and SMG kit: GBP622 (3110)
Aluminium paddle for GBP35 (RM175)

Airbag just reuse my existing sport steering airbag so no cost

Of course I bought these when I was still in UK, so no import tax since the guy declare value so low hehe

All from USA as well not sure where.

Used, from potong kereta shop. Miy air bag was taken from a E46 Ti that came in from UK

Well, if a good offer comes along, why not. After all, im sure there are many people out there would love to get hold of your car.
Just have to wait for the right kind of buyer with the right kind of price. Your car is in a wonderful state bro.
Only regret is that you would have to say good but to your very special registration number.
