E36 Driver Door Tampered - Solution??

Guys,Looks like somebody tried to break into my car as the drivers door key hole has been tampered/damaged. Now, my current key does not work on the drivers door. Becoz one key opens/locks both the front doors, boot and also used for the ignition, to maintain this current set up (ie one key for all) i will need to

• purchase one full set new - checked with Bavarian, need to special order, want's chassis number - sounds expensive
• Purchase used full set - any leads as to which chop shop i can visit
• can the key barrel be repaired??

If you don't mind carrying around an extra key then just change the damaged key barrel... so you'll have a new key for the new key barrel for the driver's door and the original key for the passenger front door, boot and ignition... this is what i had for my old Saga... hahaha....
