Guys,Am having idling problems with the engine due to a faulty ICV. The workshop in Bt Caves has tried to clean it and even replaced one of the small hose connected to the ICV as it had hardened & cracked - bloody expensive hose (RM245 
). After fitting everything back it was obvious that it was not working as there was no idling compensation when the compressor turns on(revs drop). Has anyone tried repairing the ICV before? Or, where can I get a used one? BTW, the throttle position switch is working and the throttle flap has been adjusted back to standard. CO too has been adjusted and it now idles slightly better.
