E30 fuel tank m40

hi, my tank is currently leaking fuel. My question is1. The mech said that the rubber at the fuel pump is worn out. Anywhere to get replacements?2. Isit cheaper just to buy the fuel pump instead?3. How much those a fuel tank for a m40 cost? Thanks for ur help. Just to make certain of a few things.Have a good day!

why not make a new rubber instead? shouldn't cost much at all.

rubber? It's only an O-ring, just get the right diameter O-ring and problem solved...

FYI, original fuel pump with the bracket is close to RM800.... (Fuel pump motor itself is not sold separately)
Alternatively, u can search in the forum for what I did to replace a failed E30 M40 fuel pump...

alright, thanks for the heads up. I'm having trouble convincing the mech to find the specific diameter for the ring. Haiyah. Hopefully it could be fixed soon.
