Theva got the widebody for E30....if u dont mind fibre......

Tony,

Anything is possible.......just prepare circa RM50k and let the party begin!

tony

if you are interested i have a full set of trunk liners and covers for the m3 evo2......to complete the m3 conversion

btw what year is the e30?

......another monster e30 in the making......cool.....!!

hello teejay what do u mean by trunk liner and cover? issit the full rear cut? anyway i thk tony can afford the original parts...spend 50k to complete the conversion....dont go with fibre..it will looks odd and the weight of the car not well balance too & since the conversion will take more than 50% by new body panels must think bout SAFETY first!!!

i'm sure that will be in the pipeline too......///M body must have the heart too.....

supafly,
its the trunk liner, inside trunk, carpet and misc parts ....not the rear cut you have been looking for .....

metalrizca,
careful....nanti i racun you kau-kau baru you tau......:D :D

I rather spend the 50k on powertrain and suspension mods....build a sleeper car.

kira exterior look like kinda a normal car..
but the power is magnificent..
kira macam "mr. low profile" aar ni..?

nice.. :D

yang you kene itu baru kira smell only, tak kene kau-kau injection racun.......hahaha  :p

kl2dc,
think thats what most will do, sleeper car with power ontap when you need it

of course the outlook will have to complement the car too

guys,

damn i was looking at the car again and again jst dunno where to start..see, my plan is to make this car in sepang drag as soon as i can, sorry to say tht the original engine which i dunno the engine code, has got to give way for something more powerful...2JZ is in my mind though..hehhee..i know many here would disagree but i think is rather a shortcut to built a moderate drag toy...wanna keep the exterior as ori as i can so when its in the pit, at least there's a bimmer taking part in the drag race..:D ..let's go and tapau some japs...i remember seeing one E30 in sepang sometimes ago though...

hu hu..
how come you can say "let's go and tapau some japs"..?
you wanna do that by driving UDM with japs engine..?

that japs engine generate the power..
not that UDM body + frame..

whoaaa, this is quite a racun and costly thread whoever with E30 reading this hehe

tony, go with the 2jz but from what i've seen, the nissan sr20 can be built to easily outdo the toyota six cylinder engines.
if u are willing to spend some serious money in building a purpose built drag car, i suggest the sr20 is the way to go. it's not the capacity or size of the engine but how much potential you can build into it. also, it's bombproof. the proof of this will be in you driving to the track, dragging, and then driving back home from the track.
what you dont want is an ultra fast car that u have to tow to the track and tow it back.
lastly, it's who you get to build the car that is important. the northen drag racing kakis are one up on this. it helps to be closer to thailand.
cheers!

hmmmm, tapau some japs with their own engine in UDM hmmmm, buat malu aje hhahha, joking la......why not just turbo charged the UDM engine, think saw some msia ad on turbo and super charging UDM engine, issit more costly, dunno man

Ye lor....nak tapau jap car kena pakai jap enjin...buat malu jee...:p

guys,

hehhe..guess i used the wrong words of "tapau" here la.. .:D ..terlupa pula 2JZ tu engine jepun..cis!!..can't really get away from Japs when it comes to drag scene in Malaysia..

hitman,
true, SR20 is one hell of a potential power generating engine. We built a SR20 with stock displacement up to 680bhp on wheel if you believe and tht's the highest we've seen locally, but sadly the engine won last long not before the crank and rods starts giving way. I've built loads of japs engine before and 2jz is one of the most economical for 600~750 bhp range. considering the @jz block, the Crankshaft especially ( take a look at it and compare to SR or RB), are so ready for tht power range. RB produces laods of ponies, provided you have everything in right order and right place...:). i live very near to thailand you know..hehehhe..:D

vobs,
supercharging or turbocharging the UDM's engine is not tht much different from doing it to the JDM's...but when it comes to skill and experience to handle the udms..hmm..doubt:confused: ....can't afford to do tht la i think..:)

tony, my advise.. keep the outlook standard.. dump in the SR20 engine, keep it to 280hp's and make sure that they can go around corners, not trees..

the car will handle well, the power is fine till 240km/h and you will reach that speed within minutes..

regards.
