Hello 2 all Sifus..was seriously considering buying three28's E30 but he is 2 busy 2 keep appointment..i do understand his situation..so i take it as fate for me not 2 buy it la..:(However, i hv stumbled upon an E30 320i Yr 1986 which is labeled as 'in PRISTINE CONDITION'..now i'm really xcited:DPRICED AT RM16.5K NEG. Owner has spent alot refurbishing n 90% parts changed..HOW? WORTH BUYING?

ask the sifus such as pussy,kevster and teejay to go chck out the car for u ...

the true sifus are zoggee,kevster,calvin tan,pussy and kevster...

cant come as i may hafta go to penang on a biz trip lah dude...try and pm the sifus ok...

most importnatly is to make sure the body is sound and not rusted...engine not too good nvm as u can alwiz mod...whts the use of getting a superb running engine and the body is gone right???

if possible get a the service history frm the owner...

Owner also has a e36 n e46..said got no more space 4 baby beemer..al2geder he spent rm13k refurbishing d e30..:D
 
what brad said is true, body is most important...rust is a major factor...

engine can alwiz transplant a new one...

WOW!! I guess diff pple hv diff interpretations of d words.."Tip Top Condition N also Pristine Condition"...

So disappointing la guys..saw d car already..LOTS of black oil leakage, rubber bushes concealing metal parts REPUT already, lil rust on door edges n also on body..n d most horrible sight was d cracked dashboard(IN 3 OR 4 DIFF PLACES)..i really felt sorry 4 d car man..

So d search 4 my baby beemer is stil on...three28..wer u at?
 
Too bad bro. I hv the same exp when lookin for my udm last time. They always want to sell higher but the car condition like yuks. Be patient bro I've waited almost 6 mth b4 found one. Called me fussy but I'm car lover. Why dun u get E36? It's cheap now and easy aftermarket parts for mods. Me oso thinkin of getting E30 for project car but not sure yet.
 
Tak mampu la bro..jus bght my myvi..so wil trade in my wira 2 get d e30..

But wat u say is true..hv 2 b patient..i wont rush..

U got 2 cars mah.
U should not buy myvi. U should keep yr wira n get 1 udm.
 
Ha ha..no la..at d same time hv 2 hv a cost efficient car 2 drive around..hence came d myvi. wira is 6 yrs old..so dont want 2 hang on 2 it any longer..

jus me n my wife so no need 4 a big car..i like small ones like d myvi n e30..
