duplicate udm keys

just wan to ask about udm car keys (the one wit the chip )the is a shop in one utama , claim that the udm key can be duplicate , using the special something la i dont understand what he is saying .. it cost rm 500 for my car key which is e36 1996 and gurantee can start the car . i belive that some one in the forum have post regarding this before but i cant find the post . is the any other option or cheaper option on this matter

I was told about 2 mths ago by a few mechs no one can duplicate except for AB. The mechs themself are rather representing AB as agents.

It seems the process is they'll send a request back to Germany Dunno how true...

E46 keys can be duplicated. Whateva key types you need, AB can have it done for you. Go to AB in Sg Besi. The most expensive one was the master that costs about $900++. (forgot the exact costs). It will take about 1 week plus before you can get you hands on the new key.

AB Sg. Besi have to send the key to SIngapore to have it programmed or something like that and then they passed it on to me. Dont think they sent it out to Germany...

those the cost is about 400-500


E46 master key with remote still go back to germany

yah la bro does your car key come wit the chip? how come so cheap ?
i called ab today they say is rm 330per key plus the handling charge.
they say no need to bring the keys to germany already . need three dayss to do it .
is there any others ways to do the keys ?
really hope that there is other ways to do the keys .
