As I was driving home from work, stopped at the traffic light and noticed that "trans failure ....." was displayed at the LCD panel. Car still can drive but there was totally no power, have to floor the accelerator just to move the car. It was like no 1st and 2nd gear. Took the car to my mech, plug it to the computer and the reading show "stall speed" and "sensor" failure which was translated by them as gearbox and sensor problem to me. As the boss is not around, asked to leave the car there.Any sifu here can advise me what is the possible cause to the problem and what will be the likely damage$$?By the way, it is a e39 M54 engine
