Crank Position Sensor

Anybody experience in replacing new Crank sensor?since overheated,my car seem like a bit jerking but not always.expecially in Morning.I pull out the engine oil stick when the car engine is on,the engine off itself,seem likegot vacumn air inside.Any solution recommend?

Kelvin, better do a compression test. The overheating might have damaged your head gasket causing it to leak slightly. Slight leak will cause your engine to lose power and hence the jerk. maybe try to retighten the cylinder head.

What is your model and engine ? Is it E46 318i N42 Engine(valvetronic) ?
