Many of us have been through that route before.

At the end of the day, the best option is to sell and buy what you want.

A proper conversion doesnt come in cheap, and when you sell the car later it doesnt really adds up.

The M43 isnt too shabby, it's quite a durable engine and pretty economical to maintain as well

agree with AlBundy above.

my entry level UDM was a M43 and it's till running strong now (belongs to a fellow member here). Same thoughts I shared, but it's not always about power.

It gave me the experience no other brand did - driving pleasure.

Enjoy your ride now, until you have bigger budget then go for IL6 - no point stressing out on a transplant project that can always comes with headaches.

I learn from here : there's no replacement for displacement.
