All conti's are like that. But it takes 2min to code it out and remain on internal circ at all times.

.. then no need to replace microfilter for EVER.. haha! :top:

When shopping for E90, try driving the car over uneven road and listen to the door seal popping/cracking noise. That's the most irritating problem for E90.

I'm a very patience person and can tolerate the rest, including the maintenance nightmare, no spare tyres, costly repairs, leaky machinery that can catch fire anytime, etc.. but this cracking noise really gets into my nerves..

No engine oil and ATF dipstick and they do leak from time to time, how much to top up? Topping up of ATF is near impossible to be done by the car owner. Water temperature gauge also dun have.. stupid right?!

Is it with i-drive? some earlier models are without. Later models, even 320i/d got i-drive.
Personally would not recommend 323/325 if you have to ask about maintenance. It's an adventure after BSRI ended.
Look for 320d instead. Six pot engines are heavy but real sweet to drive. Downsizing and turbocharge is the trend now. 328's are now 4 pot!!! and turbocharged are so easy for tuning for extra horses & torque.

Hehe.. Correct! The way the car handles the touge roads, it's as good as the legendary AE86. That itself is priceless.. :4:

Yes, with i -drive.. actually i also eye on 320d f30, but is over my budget... how abt 320d E90?!?! but i got compare that 2 model, got a lot of different and many extra high tech button for F30....

Maintenance perspective, less is more, NA engine maintenance sure less than FI engine because lesser components and engine less stress.. but FI engine more efficient, in terms of power and fuel consumption.

If its me ... I will choose a 320d over a 323 ... eps if the 320d is an M Sport ... 323 is not much of a car la ... its a nice car to enjoy if you are not into twisty roads. If you care more about handling ... go with the 320d M Sport not the 323. The 320d will give you great economy, lovely torque ... only need tahan that slight diesel sound la ... dun forget, 320d can masuk PowerKit!!!

har??? the f30's dont come with water gauge??.....dunno about u guys but I still prefer the old school needle gauge..at least u know its creeping up on you ...
