himy car was hit at the back yesterday and i was informed that we can do the repair at Autobavaria and claim it back to the insurance company.has anybody try this before?

Bro Jigo, I believe not only AB but also Ingress got BMW approved bodyshop. So they are approved by the panel insurance company.

Plus also Wearnes Autohaus at Segambut. Believe Wearnes should do the repair faster as they are not that busy as compared to AB & Ingress.

Wearnes gives extra service/discount to Official Member of this club.. go check it out.. bring your BCM membership card too.

Ingress not so good as they hardly keep the words. The new painting also quite out as new paint can see spider web. Other than that it is fine

thanks for the info guys , but for me Glenmarie is the convenience one to go because i stay in kajang

convenience comes at a price i would say.
For instance i live in shah alam but never send my car to AB Glenmarie for service (although i bought it there)
Just my two cents though.

It's expensive ? Or quality bad ?

Let's just say its not always the best experience. They got a new workshop manager, one Mr Muthu, he is a very good man. Just go to Ingress or Quill or Wearnes la. Why take the risk of getting frustrated?

apparently Quill is picking up on their servicing *thumbs up*

yup..may see Mr. Jothi (previously with AB Glenmarie). he's good with M cars, especially E39 M5.
